MedBatch validates claims to ensure that all the required information is filled in and is formatted correctly. If the required information is inaccurate or missing, a Yellow Caution Symbol
will appear in the right hand column.

The caution symbol indicates the claim is not billable without further attention.
1. Clicking on the symbol will open the Claim Errors window.
2. The Claim Errors window explains the information that needs to be addressed in order to bill the claim.
3. Click on the Edit Claim icon to update the claim.
Once the Claims Error is addressed, the caution symbol will be removed and the claim will be ready to bill.
