Routingbox allows individual providers to be directly added to Clients, Trips, and Accounts in addition to setting a Location for each provider. This feature is useful for Medicaid or HMO trips that require a Provider Number to be billed.
Navigate to the Scheduling screen and select the Providers icon to bring up the fields for a new Provider. Complete the form including the required information marked with an asterisk*.
1. First enter the Provider's Name*, Provider #, and Class.
2. Next you will add the Primary Address*.
3. Any contact information such as Phone, Fax, and Email can also be entered.
4. The provider's Medicaid ID and License # can be entered, and is often required by different accounts, and Medicaid, when billing trips.
