The BiTS ticketing system and help site are hosted by Zendesk. We recommend that RoutingBox and MedBatch users create a Zendesk account, for a secure interaction with our Support team.
To create a secure account:
Open your preferred web browser and go to help.intelligentbits.com. This will take you to the MedBatch and RoutingBox help page.
1. Select Sign In.
2. Select Sign Up.
1. Enter your first and last name.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check the box to indicate you are not a robot and complete the CAPTCHA verification process.
4. Select Sign Up - You will receive a "Sign-up complete" message on the screen.
You will receive a verification email with a link to confirm your email. Make sure you use the email used in this sign up process, and follow the verification process included in the email.
