This week we improved our new bulk cancellation feature in Dispatching to include a count of trips being cancelled, as well as an error summary for any trips that could not be cancelled.

A new option has been added to the Seating Need Mismatch error in the Trip Importer. Selecting No & Update will use the need that was included on the file, and update the client's default seating need on their profile.
Lastly, we added the ability to add Account Number to the Invoices and Statement reports to include as an additional way to reference the payer.
- Fixed a bug that prevented some users from being able to interact with all popups in RoutingBox.
- Added support in Drivers and Vehicles for the state of Alaska.
- Fixed a crash that occurred when attempting to use Assignment Suggestions on trips in the past.
Did You Know?
Reports in RoutingBox are broken into categories depending on which tab you've clicked on (Scheduling, Operations, Billing and Management). But did you know that, by checking the box in the bottom right corner of the report list, you can view reports from all 4 categories?
This is an easy way to browse through reports if you're unsure of the specific one you're looking for.
