This week we updated the time threshold alerts in the Dispatching screen so you can quickly and clearly see the reason for the alert.
RoutingBox automatically identifies when travel times do not seem likely. In other words, you will be notified if the actual times suggest the driver traveled faster than was possible.
Two new settings have been added to the Billing Settings in RoutingBox to help with LogistiCare ATMS billing:
In many regions, LogistiCare does not require companies to provide the driver's license and VIN when billing. However, the ATMS integration does not allow those fields to be blank.
Companies in this situation will have a default vehicle and driver set up in LogistiCare's portal. Simply enter the license and VIN from those defaults into this setting and RoutingBox will fill in that information when billing trips.
- This week we fixed an issue where trips spanning multiple days would no longer be accessible in RoutingBox Mobile after midnight.
- We updated the new Tracker History screen to ensure signatures and status updates that took place at the same location would be more easily visible.
- We prevented users from accidentally closing the EDI Billing screen too soon, to ensure that files process completely.
- Lastly, several modes were added to the new Sentry trip integration to ensure that any mode Sentry may provide is handled by the Trip Importer.

Hovering your cursor over the Postal Code of an address will show you any Zones which include that postal code. This can be very helpful when setting up pricing for different accounts, or seeing what zone(s) a trip will fall under!
