As we continue to serve new markets in new states, some customers have indicated that the LogistiCare ATMS integration doesn't work for their company. To assist, we are releasing a LogistiCare CSV format that can be exported from the EDI Billing screen. The file can then be uploaded to LogistiCare's site to bill batches of trips at once!
If your ATMS billing is currently functioning properly, there is no need to change your process.
- This week we fixed an issue in which some users with correct permissions could not access the Custom Views tab in the Trip Viewer.
- We also made several improvements to the Assignments screen loading speed.
- Additionally, we fixed an issue that could cause an error popup in the Dispatching screen when using the Hide Non-Current Assignments setting.
