If a primary provider is selected in a client's profile, the provider will automatically be set when creating a trip using the New Trip button on their profile, in the Clients screen, or the Clients drop-down in the Trip Scheduling screen.
- RB Mobile performance is now increased due to improvements on the back-end.
- Some users reported issues with editing trips that have signatures captured through RB Mobile. We've squished a couple bugs in deleting signatures and assignments.
- RB Mobile was updated to fix an error in which some drivers were unable to see the login screen.
Did You Know?
When using the Trip Importer, you can right-click a client's name to display a pop-up of any other trips scheduled for that client that day. This can help you get a full picture of your day and see if this is an overlapping/duplicate trip, or quickly edit times & addresses.
