Connection issues in internet-connected software can be caused by a variety of problems. RoutingBox has a new connection tester to help identify some of the most common network and hardware issues! To access this new tool, just double click on the globe icon in the bottom right of the RoutingBox login screen.
The Connection Tester displays information about your computer, its connection to the internet, and to core RoutingBox services. It also runs a speed test to our servers which are hosted on the east and west coasts of the US!
Results of the internet connectivity and hardware tests should be sent to your company's IT specialist, while any service issues in RoutingBox can easily be sent to our support department with the Send button. Click here if you have any questions about the Routingbox system requirements.

- Slight differences in GPS coordinates will no longer prevent the same address from displaying in the Run Builder.
Did You Know?
Don't forget about the Copy Trip Assignments feature in the Assignments screen! This feature can be a huge time saver if you have drivers that usually take the same trips on a given day:
First, mark the check-boxes next to driver(s) for whom you'd like to copy trip assignments; then, click the Copy Trip Assignments button (highlighted above) and select a date (below). Any currently unassigned trips that occur on both dates will be assigned to the same driver(s) again.
