We have made invoices and payments on your account much easier to view and interact with. You can now see your current balance, account credits, and even a printable account statement! You can also make instant one-time payments and enroll in auto-pay using credit card or ACH direct debit directly within RoutingBox.
The Company Balance screen can be found in Management > Company > Balance.
- This week we fixed an issue that caused the Tracker screen to sometimes show a vehicle ETA to an incorrect address if they had multiple pending trips.
- We also made a change to the LogistiCare Driver Trip Log and LogistiCare NY Daily Trip Log to ensure Stretcher trips always show up. Depending on how the Stretcher need was set up, some trips were not appearing.
- Previously in Access2Care import files, trips with a city name consisting of 2 words would be incorrectly split between the City and State fields.
- Now when using the Cancel All Legs option, services and scripts will be run on all legs of the trip to ensure correct pricing.
