This week we added a new file format to the EDI Billing screen! The 837P (HIPAA 5010, Advanced) option gives users the ability to choose whether specific information is included or excluded when generating a file:
Many of our customers have requested variations of the 837P, so we built the ability to customize the report if you need, without affecting the existing format if you don't. This menu option was previously called 837P (HIPAA 5010, No Vehicles), but has been renamed 837P (HIPAA 5010, Advanced) to reflect the additional options. To remove driver/vehicle information, just leave all 837P Settings unchecked:
We have also added the Hide Non-Current Assignments setting to the Tracker screen! This setting is a huge help for managing drivers with varying schedules:
Once activated, this setting will hide assignments from the map and filters which already ended or have not yet begun! You may find this to be a quicker and easier way to get a full picture of your real-time dispatching.
- This week, we fixed an issue on the Active Vehicles report where expired license plates were not always highlighted. License plates will always highlight in red to notify you of vehicles with expired registrations!
- We also fixed an issue that would cause Notes to duplicate on the first leg of a trip if a later leg was removed.

Don't forget, all color styling in the Dispatching screen can be turned on or off under Dispatch Settings! Additional styling can be turned on as well:
For example, Style Purposes can be turned on to point out trips with purposes that are handled differently than others, like a discharge:
We'll help you with all the BiTS and pieces of our software.
