We always want to make sure our users can access the help they need. In the top left corner of RoutingBox, you can click the blue question mark to find any Knowledge Base articles for the active window. This week, we updated the Help search results to include the Tracker screen. Our full Knowledge Base can be accessed at any time by visiting help.intelligentbits.com.
- We've fixed two issues that would occur intermittently in the Run Builder.
- We updated the Trip Importer to accommodate recent Fidelis formatting changes.
Did You Know?
Right-clicking on a client's name in the Trip Importer will show you if they have other trips scheduled for this date! This is helpful when importing trips to replace preexisting repeats, or when identifying differences with trips that have already been imported.
