If you've submitted a ticket to us, it's likely that you have a ZenDesk account. In order to log in and view your tickets, you'll need to know your ZenDesk email and password, but what if you've forgotten the password?
If you'd like to reset your ZenDesk password, you can use this guide as an instruction.
1.) Click the Sign in link in the top right of help.intelligentbits.com.
2.) Click Forgot my password beneath the sign in area.
3.) Enter the email you've been using to contact us in the Email field.
4.) Select Submit.
5.) Once you receive the reset email (entitled "Buffalo Intelligent Technology Systems password reset"), you'll click on the first link, which will contain the word "reset."
6.) Enter your desired new password in the New Password field.
7.) Click "Change password." Be sure to note the requirements for your password, which include a minimum of 5 characters and that the password be different from your email address.
8.) After changing your password, you will automatically be logged in and are ready to go!
