This week, we added the Audit feature under Tracker History. Just enter a distance radius, and each status update outside the designated pickup or drop-off location will be displayed for your review. This expands the power of Tracker History by allowing you to proactively identify any drivers who could be better utilizing RoutingBox Mobile! As brokers are expecting GPS data in their integrations more and more, this feature will help you ensure your drivers are accurately updating their locations.
Clicking the Map icon will show the Pickup and Dropoff addresses, and where the vehicle's status was last updated.
- A dedicated 837 format was added for Fidelis under the Create drop down in EDI Billing.
- You can rearrange the rows in the Services screen simply by dragging them to your desired placement. Additionally, you can move multiple rows at once by holding down CTRL while left clicking the rows you'd like to move.
- Alerts will now appear in the notification section for trips that are modified or cancelled through the Trip Importer within 24 hours of their pickup time, as well as trips that are scheduled or cancelled through the ClientLink app.
