New RoutingBox Mobile on Android!
The Android version of our new RoutingBox Mobile is now ready for our Beta Program! Our app features a new design and the ability to work offline so you can still interact with the app (and save your GPS locations) if you temporarily lose cellular service. Please contact us if you would like to join the Beta Program to test the app!
What's New:
CTG remittance files can now be imported into RoutingBox to quickly and accurately post payments:
Since we continue to expand the number of payers RoutingBox supports, we've split the former EDI Billing into two sections. EDI Billing will now contain the 837 and 837 Advanced file formats, and Broker Billing will contain vendor-specific formats such as Fidelis, MTM, and LogistiCare.
Other Improvements:
- Fixed a crash that could occur when switching from the normal dispatching view to Visual Dispatching.
- Notifications will now be sent to the ClientLink Passenger App when trip status changes are made in Dispatching; previously, they were only sent when changes were made in RoutingBox Mobile.
- Made several changes to speed up the generation of Invoices.
- Fixed an issue where assignments that spanned more than 1 day were not always accessible in Dispatching.
Did You Know?
Don't forget, we’ve updated Invoices to display the location names of the addresses on the trip. This is a great way to reduce confusion and ensure your passengers know what they’re paying for. These locations can be created from the Locations screen under the Scheduling tab.
We'll help you with all the BiTS and pieces of our software.
