Identify late trips in Dispatching?
This week we added lateness detection to the Dispatching screen. When activated, this feature will alert dispatchers to time conflicts using a red icon next to the pickup/dropoff time. Hovering over this icon will give an indication of approximately how late the driver would be:
From the Stop Order tip (accessed by right clicking the trip's assignment drop down) there will be a link to Suggest Alt. Times. This feature will attempt to make suggestions to change times and stop orders to accommodate the trips without them being late. Check any suggestions that you like, and click Accept Checked to quickly make those changes.
