Save frequently used locations to client profiles
Additional common locations for a client can now be stored on the Client Info for quick selection. This helps quickly pick frequently used locations instead of finding and typing an address, or searching for the location, when scheduling trips:
These locations will be loaded in Trip Scheduling for that specific client without having to search for them, making scheduling trips by hand quicker and easier:
Did You Know?
Don’t forget about Status Reasons. Status Reasons are a great way to keep track of why status changes were made to a trip.
Users will be prompted to select or type their own reason when making a status change from Trip Scheduling or the Dispatching screen.
These reasons can be viewed by hovering over the status from the Trip Scheduling screen. A report on cancellation reasons can also be generated to quickly summarize the causes for canceled trips.
