You now have the ability to receive a backup of your trips via e-mail every hour! From the Company screen, simply enter the e-mail address that should receive the hourly spreadsheet backup of your trips for the day.
New Broker Interface - Epic NEMT?
We're always growing the number of brokers and payers that RoutingBox can interface with for trip imports and batch billing files. This week, we added to the Trip Importer the ability to import trips from Epic NEMT.
New Flexibility for the ClientLink Passenger App?
Workflows can now be set up to run only on trips that are scheduled from the ClientLink Passenger app. This gives you additional capabilities and flexibility to have RoutingBox apply custom business logic to trips booked through the app!

We've added new tools to improve the contact information that is available to your team. Now, when trips are imported that match a saved Location, RoutingBox will assign the Location Phone Number as the PU or DO Phone Number automatically for you.
