Improvements to RoutingBox Stability?
We've continued to make breakthroughs in improved stability and performance of our systems. You rely on RoutingBox to run your business - so we do not take customer reports of connectivity issues lightly.
MORE INTELLIGENT RECONNECT CODE
For those who have experienced connectivity issues, you are familiar with our reconnect pop-up. This week we made vast improvements to our reconnect code. With the improvements we've made, we were also able to shorten the time between reconnect attempts. Instead of waiting 15 and then 30 seconds to reconnect, that has been shortened to just 5 and 15 seconds, allowing you to get back to your work faster.
BUG FIXES TO PREVENT NOT RESPONDING ERRORS
We have identified and fixed some areas of the software that was causing "not responding" errors. These fixes went out today to lower the chances RoutingBox freezes on you.
The latest version of RoutingBox includes more embedded analytics that measures how fast screens load, how fast information comes from the database, and any moments where the program freezes or disconnects. These reports are sent back to our development team for analysis to find opportunities for improvement in stability and performance.
This new insight will help our customer service team and developers trouble-shoot issues as well as roll out further improvements to the software over the next coming weeks.

Fidelis Import Enhancements?
We have another enhancement to the Trip Importer! The Fidelis import file can now be imported under the Multi-Account option. This is helpful if a file has different Plan IDs.
Addition to the Multi-Company Feature?
We're always looking for ways to provide you with better functionality. The Repeats screen has been added to the multi-company functionality so that it's quicker and easier for you to access.
