Detailed Notes Matter?
We understand the importance of having detailed trip notes. That's why we've added even greater functionality to them. If there is a note on a saved location, where this location is the pickup or drop off leg of the trip, the note will specify "PU" or "DO".
This is helpful if the trip is scheduled at a saved location where a note specific to this location has been made, the driver can easily identify that.
Booking Portal Enhancements?
The Booking Portal now has a setting that allows each company to select the amount of time in the future that is considered short notice.
The time (in minutes) that they select will determine when a Booking Portal user will receive a notification asking them to call rather than schedule the trip online in order to fully accommodate the request.
This will increase rider satisfaction by assuring that each passenger, regardless of when they booked their trip, is fully accommodated.
Additions to the Trip Viewer?
The Trip Viewer is a very powerful reporting tool that can help you get all of the data you need about all of your trips.
To even further enhance the capabilities of the Trip Viewer, we added the Repeat Start Date, Repeat End Date, and Repeat Days columns to the Trip Viewer so you can easily review repeat information for each leg of a trip.
This will allow you to easily gather more information around your repeat trips.

We're always adding new ways for you to interact with your brokers! The importer now accepts Southeastrans Inc., import files.
Additionally, the Access2Care import file can now recognize and correctly assign stretcher mode and needs.
