Additions to the Trip Importer?
This week we focused on optimizing the performance of our Trip Importer. To make your life easier when importing trips from National MedTrans, this import now accepts stretcher modes and seating needs.
MAS Auto Importer Improvement?
Having all pieces of data and information that make the MAS auto importer successful is important. Which is why we've improved the logging function to now capture the external ID's (MAS invoice #) when we receive trip data from MAS!
Runs and Run Builder Screen Improvements?
We noticed that there was some room for improvement in the Runs and Run Builder screens when dealing with the multi-company feature. You can now easily switch between Runs for each company associated with that user.
Reports Made Easy?
Having the ability to select which account you want to run a report for will make your life easier. For the Access2Care report, users can now choose which account they want to run the report for, allowing for more clear and targeted reports.
Does Your Trip Have Different Seating Needs?
The Invoices report has been updated so that if a round trip has two different seating needs and service codes, both will be displayed.
Searching for a Specific Location?
The Locations window has been updated to include an Advanced Search Tab. If you're looking for a specific type of location such as hospitals, clinics, etc., you can search by name, active status, and type of location!
If you want to take it a step further, you can export the results and use this report for many different purposes.
Depending on your personal specifications, you can customize these time settings to a larger or smaller time frame.
Did You Know?
The actual drive time can be added to your Dispatch view! You can use this information to verify that drivers have completed their status updates appropriately and that all associated data is correct.
If a trip appears to have been completed too quickly, or too slowly, RoutingBox will flag these trips with a red exclamation mark to make it clear that they seem suspicious.
