How to Create a Provider Record in RoutingBox

Routingbox allows individual providers to be directly added to Clients, Trips, and Accounts.

Navigate to the Scheduling screen and select the Providers icon to bring up the fields for a new Provider.

 

1. First enter the Provider's Name*, Provider #, and Class.
 2. Next you will add the Primary Address*.
 3. Any contact information such as Phone, Fax, and Email can also be entered.
 4. The provider's Medicaid ID and License # can be entered, and is often required by different accounts, and Medicaid, when billing trips.
