RoutingBox allows drivers to complete an electronic vehicle checklist to verify the working order of the vehicle at the start of their shift.
THE CHECKLIST CAN BE TURNED ON FOR END OF DAY, BEGINNING OF DAY OR BOTH. PLEASE CONTACT ROUTINGBOX SUPPORT TO HAVE THIS FEATURE TURNED ON.
1. In RoutingBox (web) open the side bar and go to the settings screen.
2. Select Vehicle Checklist in the last row of the second column of the settings screen.
3. Click on +New Vehicle Checklist Item
4. Next, the Add Vehicle Checklist Item box will come up. Arrow 1 is where you will name the action the drive is going to complete. In the example, it is checking the tires. Arrow 2 will describe the action the drive should be taking in further detail. In the example, the driver is to be checking the tire pressure. *The drive is not able to see the description in the mobile App. Arrow 3 is selecting where in the list the action will be done. Arrow 4 toggles if the action should or should not be used on the checklist. This is useful for seasonal items like snow removal.
5. After the Add Vehicle Checklist Item has been completed we will be returned to the vehicle checklist screen. The checklist items will not be displayed in the ordered that they have been assigned. Arrow 1 is highlighting the active status of the first checklist item. By clicking the box it will inactivate the checklist item as highlighted in arrow 2. If there are more than 10 checklist items, they will be able to be navigated to using the arrows highlighted with arrow 3.
