How To Hard Log Out and Clear Data in the Driver Mobile App

Clearing cached data and hard log out of the mobile app when unable to log out normally

Under certain circumstances, drivers may find they are unable to log out of the driver mobile app and requires a full exit. 

This feature also provides a solution when corrupt, cached data obstructs proper app functionality. 

After conducting normal troubleshooting, user will click on the MENU button in the top left corner of the mobile app screen. 

At the bottom of the screen below the Log out button are two green buttons, one INTERNET and one ROUTINGBOX. 

Click on the Green Internet Button 5 or 6 times quickly, which will prompt the following popup:

Click YES. 

Another popup will ask to log out:

Click YES. 

This will bring your driver all the way back to the Company Code Enter screen, but has also flushed saved data.
