RoutingBox logs every change made to a record in the record's audit trail.
1. In the left hand taskbar select Clients
2. In the client screen, search for the client's name you need the information trail on
3. Once in the client's profile screen scroll to the bottom where you will find the Audit Tab
4. In the open Audit Tab you will be able to see any changes made and when to the client profile. For example Client Needs, Account Type, Address and much more. The audit trail stores any past changes so in the event something was changed in error you will be able to find what the value used to be.
5. The same steps can be used when selecting an Employee or Vehicle under the Operations Tab, Location Profile under the Location Tab, Provider Profile under the Providers Tab, Accounts under the Billing Tab and Schedule Trip under Trip Viewer in Scheduling.
