If you need to return a full payment for a claim to eMedNY you will need to Void the claim.
1. Right click on the claim you would like to Void.
2. From the menu, select the Void Claim
You will then receive a dialog box asking to confirm voiding the claim. Once you select Yes, the claim status will be changed to Ready. The claim will be returned to eMedNY as a Void.
