If you need to return a full payment for a claim to the Payer you will need to Void the claim.
Right click on the claim you'd like to Void. From the menu, choose the Void claim option.
You'll see a message box asking to confirm voiding the claim. Once you select Yes, the claim status will be changed to Ready. The claim will be returned to eMedNY as a Void.
