Notifications and the Notification Pane
The Notification Pane displays quick summaries to alert users of trip additions or changes throughout the day. Each RoutingBox user will receive the same notifications. You can mark these notifications as read once you don't need to see them anymore.
1. If any trips have been added or changed upon import, you'll see a number displayed in the top right, representing the amount of trip legs that have been added or changed. Any missing information in MAS will be displayed as well like expired or missing drivers license or a vehicle issue
2. Click on the Bell to review the notifications.

3. Each trip will have a short summary of the changes with the date and timestamp of the change or the date and time of the alert of missing or incorrect vehicle information.
4. Clicking on the Red Title of the notification will open the affected trip to be reviewed.

5. To mark a specific notification as read, click the X located to the right of the notification. This action will remove the notification from your Notification Pane, helping you keep your alert list organized. If you want to clear all notifications at once, click the yellow envelope in the top right corner. If you do not see the envelope, you may need to scroll back to the top of the page. To exit the notification panel, simply click anywhere on the main screen or select the red arrow next to the yellow envelope in the top right corner.

It's important to note that clearing notifications within your individual user profile will not remove notifications for other users in your company's RoutingBox account. Each user manages their own notifications independently.
