Reports in RoutingBox Web

RoutingBox Web includes a range of reports that help you understand your operations, track performance, and support billing and compliance. Reports are organized into categories so you can quickly find the information you need about trips, drivers, vehicles, and revenue.

Accounting Reports:

Accounting Reports in RoutingBox Web help you understand the financial side of your operations. These reports focus on questions like: How much revenue did we generate over a specific period? Which payers, facilities, or contracts are driving that revenue? What amounts are outstanding or need to be reconciled? Use these reports to review payables and receivables, verify payouts, and ensure that your trip, billing, and payment data all align.

  1. Accounts on Credit Hold: review the current balance of accounts with the credit hold box checked in their Account Profile.

  2. Account Revenue by Month: calculates monthly revenue and mileage for a specific account. You have the option to filter by whether the trip is completed, cancelled, or a different trip status.

  3. Aging by Account Report: review revenue, current payments owed, and overdue payment by Account or Account Class.

  4. Cash Receipts Report: review payments received within a selected date range.

  5. Monthly Revenue Report: review the total revenue per account and account class for the selected date range.

  6. Payments By Day Report: review payments made to trips and the method of payment used.

  7. Revenue By Account Report: review a breakdown of revenue information for each account, including the number of trips that took place, the total revenue for a specified date range, and the average cost per trip.

  8. Revenue By Location Type Report: review revenue information for the selected location types.

  9. Revenue by Program Report: review information for each Program type if being used.

  10. Revenue By Purpose By Date Report: review the total revenue for completed trips per day, separated by their purpose, mode and account.
     

Billing Reports:

Billing and revenue reports are designed to support Medicaid and other payer billing workflows. They answer questions such as: What billable trips have been completed in a given period? Which trips still need documentation or review? How much revenue is associated with a particular payer, facility, or contract? These reports help you reconcile trips with claims, reduce errors, and streamline your billing process.

  1. Access2Care Driver Log: generate and include with your Access2Care billing.  It contains a log for each driver, on the date trips took place, in the date range selected.

  2. Billing Status and Balance Report: displays balances on trips with a specific billing status, account, provider and account class.

  3. CMS 1500 Forms: is the approved format for billing outpatient medical services. The report can be filtered by account and formatted to print onto 1500 forms.
  4.  Daily Trip Log: sorted by assignment and allows you to review trip, client, driver and billing information for a specific date range sorted by date of service.

  5. ModivCare Driver Trip Log: generate a report of ModivCare trips. Each page displays a specific driver’s trips for a specific date, along with client and driver signatures, and billing information.

  6. MTM Daily Trip Log Report: create a log to provide to MTM after your trips are completed. A list of trips per assignment per day will generate for the selected date range and will include actual times and client signatures.

  7. MTM MN Daily Trip Log: allows transportation providers in Minnesota to create a log with the data MTM requires after trips are completed.

  8. MTM NV Daily Trip Log: Log allows transportation providers in Nevada to create a log with the data MTM requires after trips are completed.

  9. Potential Multi Load Trips Report: displays potential multi load trip information, including the total mileage and the billable mileage.

  10. Statement Report: displays the amount due broken down by trip.  You can choose to populate the report using a specific date range and account.  Statements can be exported and printed to send to customers. 

  11. Trip Attestation Report: review detailed trip and assignment information before and after you’ve attested to your trips.

Management Reports:

Management Reports are designed to support workforce and performance oversight. They answer questions such as: How many employees are active and in which roles? How are drivers performing across their assigned trips and hours? Where are we losing revenue due to cancellations or underutilized accounts? These reports help you monitor staffing, evaluate trip performance, and understand revenue trends so you can make informed operational decisions.

  1. Active Employees Report: review employee information such as department, position, and contact methods.

  2.  Driver Trip Performance Report: review the amount of trips assigned to a driver, the trip hours, and the total cost of trips per driver.

  3. Lost Revenue Report: review trips that have been cancelled and is sorted by the Cancel Reasons.  This report will only populate with trips that have a cancellation status reason applied.
  4. Trips By Account By Client Report: review a breakdown of revenue and modes of transportation. This report can be filtered by client and account.

 

Management: Payroll Reports:

Management: Payroll Reports focus on driver pay and trip-based compensation. They help you answer questions such as: How much did each driver earn over a given period? How is commission calculated across different trips or routes? Which drivers, dates, or trip types are driving the highest payouts? Use these reports to review earnings, validate commission structures, and ensure drivers are compensated accurately and consistently.

  1. Driver Activity Report: is broken down by trip and allows you to calculate revenue and driver commission.

  2. Driver Commission by Date Report: displays one driver per page and separates trips by date. The commission percentage can be customized.
 

Operations Reports:

Operations and dispatch reports focus on day‑to‑day performance. These reports help you answer questions like: How many trips are scheduled for a given day or time period? Which trips are running late or at risk? How is demand distributed across zones, facilities, or funding sources? Use these reports to monitor workload, identify bottlenecks, and keep service running smoothly.

  1. Active Drivers Report: contains pertinent active driver information.

  2. Active Vehicles Report: provides an overview of your active vehicle information in RoutingBox.

  3. Client Attendance Report: review how many legs were completed within a date range by client and account.

  4. On Time Performance Report: provides driver performance statistics regarding arriving at pickup or dropoff locations early, on time or late.

  5. Vehicle Activity Report: displays a list of the Trip ID’s the vehicle provided transportation for, the Dates the trips occurred, the Clients that were transported, and the Revenue received for those trips.

  6. Vehicle Checklist Report: review the checklists your driver filled out before and after their trips.
  7. Vehicle Usage Report: provides a clear summary of how each vehicle in your fleet is being used over a selected period. 

 
Operations: Dispatch Reports

Operation: Dispatch Reports provide insight into resource utilization and productivity. They help you see which drivers and vehicles are assigned, how many trips they are completing, and where you may be over‑ or under‑utilizing capacity. These reports support decisions around staffing, shift planning, and fleet management.

  1. Daily Dispatch Log Report:  view all pending and completed trips for the day by Route.

  2. Daily Van Log Report: is sorted by assignment and allows you to review trip and client information for a specific date.

  3. Daily Van Log 2 Report: review Routed, Scheduled, or Completed trips for a selected date with the option to sort by Time or Route.

  4. Dispatch Sheet Report: displays a detailed trip roster that is ideal for companies who are not using our mobile application or otherwise need a back up paper report showing trip information.

  5. Driver Trip Manifest Report: can be used as a dispatch log with a spot for driver attestation or as a report of completed trips for a specific date.

  6. Driver Trip Manifest 2 Report: print trip information for the day based on the driver’s assignments or as a complete master list of trips.

  7. Driver Trip Manifest 3 Report: print a master list of trips for the day with the account noted for each trip. Driver and client signatures do not populate on this report.

  8. Driver Trip Manifest 4 Report: print a master list of trips for the day with the account and will call status noted for each trip. Driver and client signatures do not populate on this report.

  9. Trip Routes by Day Report: print a schedule that displays each trip leg for a specific route.

 

Scheduling Reports:

Scheduling reports comprise of compliance and audit‑focused reports help ensure that required information is captured and available for review. You can use these reports to confirm that trips meet payer requirements, that key data fields are complete, and that you have a clear record of activity for audits or internal reviews.

  1.  Client-Account List Report: view your client list for an account.

  2. Client-Program List: generates a list of clients, their account and their provider, within a specified date range.
  3. Client Trip History Report: view trips for a single client in a specified date range.
  4. Trip Tickets Report: view detailed information for multiple trips in a date range using a variety of filters.
  5. Trip Tickets Report 2: view detailed information for multiple trips in a date range using a variety of filter
