Troubleshooting method to resolve various errors loading application or logging in due to recent update or IT errors.
type in your Search bar REMOVE to access the Control Panel and your downloaded applications
Under the Installed Apps search bar, type in RoutingBox, then find the installed app from the list
Use the 3 Dots menu to the Right of the listed app to open a dropdown, select Uninstall
Follow the instructions of the popup, clicking Uninstall
The option to Restore should already be selected, but use the Restore feature and Click OK
Follow the instructions of the prompt and click OK to close the popup window
Despite reference to a previous version, if you restored your application due to errors caused by a recent update, you will have the latest version of RoutingBox.
