Why Can't I Bill a Claim?

Claims that cannot be billed will display a yellow caution symbol in the far right column in the claims grid. The Edit Claim window will also list out why claims cannot be billed.

Clicking onto the error icon will open a window that will list out claim error reasons.

Press Yes to open the Edit Claim window and make changes. Once the errors have been resolved the caution symbol will be cleared and the claim can be billed.
